Alacant stop
Under calle de Alicante, in the Russafa neighbourhood within the l’Eixample district, Alacant is the northern terminus of Line 10, the tram line it opened with on 17 May 2022. The stop is underground and every journey on the line heading south starts here: from Alacant the trams run down through Russafa towards Montolivet, the City of Arts and Sciences and Natzaret.
Its several entrances are spread between calle de Segorbe and Gran Via de les Germanies, the stop’s official address. It is also the best example of what sets this line apart: it shares no stop with the other nine Metrovalencia lines, so for all its central position, FGV publishes no change to any other line from Alacant.

Frequently asked questions
After calle de Alicante, under which it is built, in the Russafa neighbourhood. The stop uses the Valencian form of the name, which is how FGV signs it on the platforms and writes it on its maps and timetable.
No. A good share of Line 10 services turn round at Ciutat Arts i Ciències – Justícia and do not continue to the southern terminus, so the final section has fewer trams than the rest. The platforms and the published timetable show each tram’s destination.
